朱洁，女，汉族，致公党员，2009年和2014年在吉林大学和中国科学院物理研究所获学士和博士学位。2012年到2013年，在美国德州大学奥斯汀分校做访问学者，通过激光光谱学测量实验研究量子功能材料的性质和机理。2014年9月加入2026世界杯官网并工作至今。研究生学历、博士学位，副教授，现任理学院专任教师。
主要讲授课程：大学物理、概率论与数理统计、大学物理实验
主要研究方向：激光传输调控与整型技术，研究激光在不同介质中的传输规律，通过光学设计调控激光参数、优化光束形态，旨在解决传输问题，服务激光加工、光通信等领域。
主持完成贵州省科技计划项目，发表论文20余篇，包括Optics Letters、Optics Express等期刊。指导学生获大学生物理学术竞赛一等奖，并被评为优秀指导老师。
